Akshay Kumar revealed how people at the immigration counter react to his wife Twinkle’s name

Twinkle isn’t just for the stars above! It is also the name of Akshay Kumar’s wife and actor, Twinkle Khanna. Many stars get a stage name for various reasons. Akshay Kumar shared how immigration officials react to Twinkle’s real name

Akshay told us a funny incident that happens almost every time he and his wife are at the immigration at the airport. When Twinkle introduces herself to the immigration officials, they look at her questioningly because of her name. They are surprised when they hear it and want to make sure this is her name.

Akshay went on to say that even he couldn’t think of someone’s name as ‘Twinkle’ as it is an extremely unusual name. Kamiya was curious if this was Twinkle’s real name as celebrities tend to change their names for the film industry for various reasons. So she asked Akshay about it and he said it was her real name and he loved her name because it is a unique and unusual name.
