Additional focus on evolving efforts to reduce the environmental impacts of our global operations.

Optiv exceeds industry benchmarks in several areas. Key highlights from the 2024 ESG report include:

  • $329 million issued to 149 various suppliers in the US, Canada And Indiawhich amounts to 10% of Optiv’s total spend

  • 81% of Optiv employees agree that they can show up at work as their authentic selves

  • 29% of Optiv’s global workforce is female – 4% above the US industry average

  • $500,000 in charitable contributions and in-kind donations linked to the Optiv Chips In program

  • 59% of senior leaders and their direct reports are gender, ethnic or veteran diverse.

  • More than 700 employees attended Optiv’s first virtual DEI fair, leading to a 5% increase in participation from Employee Resource Group

  • 13 OptivCon events held across North Americaall of which include community engagement activations
