ADOPT A PET: Hi, I’m Lainey Wilson!

Town and Country Today, in partnership with Second Chance Animal Rescue Society, brings you this feature highlighting a special pet in need of adoption.

Hello there, my name is Lainey Wilson. I am one of 6 from the country Artist Litter. I’m also the only female in the litter, but that doesn’t stop me, I stand up for myself against my brothers! My mother, Kacey Musgraves did a great job raising us and now I am big and strong to find my forever home. Although we don’t know for sure what breeds I have in me, I assume I will be a big dog when I grow up. I love to chase my siblings and jump on them. I usually wait until my brothers have checked everything before I do. I’m still young, so I still have a lot of training ahead of me. Some of these things include potty training, crate training, leash walking, and appropriate things to chew on. Apparently fingers, toes and hair are not fun toys, or so my foster mother says. If you know what it takes to raise a puppy, know that it is a 10+ year commitment and that you have the time and patience to continue my training, then I would have the puppy for you can be. I’ve been around house cats and I just want to play. I could do well as a solo pup, if someone is home often, or with a male supervisor who can teach me the tricks of the trade!! What do you say!?
