The downtown Early Learning Resource Center Region 5 office and satellites are open to families and professionals interested in accessing services and support. At this time, appointments are strongly preferred.

For your convenience and safety, virtual and telephone appointments remain available.

After-hours virtual in-person interviews and orientations with vendors are also available as needed.

ELRC Region 5 is currently offering Tuesday evening phone hours from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM to support families and caregivers.
