Passes the finish line of the sixth edition of Motor Valley Fest, the festival of the land of motorcycles in Emilia Romagna. Appointment from 2 to 5 May 2024, in Modena. Event dedicated to the automotive supply chain, co-financed by the Emilia Romagna region with resources from European funds.

The Fest format attracts and engages motorcycle enthusiasts, professionals, the national and international automotive community, with an intense calendar of conferences and round tables, exhibitions of Motor Valley brand cars, thematic meetings, parades, dynamic appointments and tastings.

The future of the automotive sector

The event highlights the excellence of the regional automotive supply chain, but takes an international view to capture the dynamics of change in the sector. One of the conferences is dedicated to the automotive supply chain: state of the art and opportunities for the future. Critical issues are also central: “Innovation in the sector is moving beyond Italian borders, limiting opportunities and undermining the ability to compete on new technologies. We will talk about these issues with the most important institutions and the most representative companies in the Italian supply chain”.

The innovative themes: sustainable food and digitalization

The central themes of industry dynamics take center stage during the Motor Valley Fest. Starting from ecological and energy transition in the conference entitled Electric, e-fuel and hydrogen: challenges and future of mobility.

Beyond the ecological transition, room for the digital. Connectivity, from evolution 2.0 to 5.0, is configured as a revolution comparable to the development of the Internet, connecting billions of people and objects. The data generated, called the new oil, offers efficiency and innovative developments through AI. New challenges in data ownership, use and security require companies to have a solid data strategy. Autonomous driving, powered by powerful computation and advanced security, has led to changes in automotive hardware and software topologies. The digitalization of companies, with simple and useful apps, is enriched with new challenges and opportunities, contributing to developments in the automotive sector and sustainable mobility. Great crowd

More than 70,000 people are expected during the four days, thanks to the rich events calendar with more than 20 in-depth meetings on sector trends, 12 talent talks aimed at young talentsdozens of unique car and motorcycle models on display.

Among the numerous exhibitions it will be possible to admire the McLaren Senna and three models of the Ducati 916 Senna, commemorating the thirtieth anniversary of the death of driver Ayrton Senna.

The program includes extraordinary openings of the Motor Valley museums, parades of historic cars, courses to become a test driver, preview screenings of films and tributes to the engineer Forghieri, as well as tastings of typical products. There will be no shortage of great festivities for enthusiasts, such as those on the regional race circuits, which will host international motorsport events in conjunction with the Fest.
