Healthcare provider NAMI Chicago signs lease for the old city center

Cresa’s Ryan Foran and Jonathan Zeitler represented NAMI Chicago in a new 10,058-square-foot lease at Old Town Park, 224 W. Hill Street in Chicago. The mental health provider will relocate from its current location at 1801 W. Warner in Chicago, where it occupies approximately 6,500 square feet. Abby McFayden of Madison Rose represented the owner, Onni Group, in the transaction.

The mixed-use building was built in 2021 and is located where the Old Town and River North districts meet. The building features 80,000 square feet of office space on the fourth and fifth floors, retail on the ground floor and luxury rental apartments.

“Relocating to Old Town Park will allow NAMI Chicago to expand its service offerings, improve cross-team collaboration and foster a greater sense of community among employees, customers and supporters,” said Ryan Foran, senior vice president at Cresa’s Chicago office.
