Wendy’s gives away free fries every Friday

Friday was already the best day of the week (sorry, Monday and Tuesday, but you’re both the worst), but now Wendy’s is making the end of the week even better.

On April 19, Wendy’s announced that everyone will get free Hot & Crispy Fries of any size with every (yes, every) purchase every Friday through the Wendy’s app through the end of the year.

“Wendy’s knows all too well that some of the other guys’ cold, soggy fries just don’t cut it, but Wendy’s has your back with a new meaning for TGIF,” the brand said in a press release.

Here’s how you can get your fries: Every Friday, fry enthusiasts can open their Wendy’s app and click on the free gift offer for the Hot & Crispy Fries with purchase. That is it. It’s so easy.

“Simply log into the Wendy’s app or create an online account at wedys.com. Once you do, you’ll see the offer that you can use with a mobile order, or at a restaurant by loading the offer onto your card before you scan at the cash register,” Wendy further explains.

The fast food chain also suggested dipping those fries in the Frosty. Sure, any true fan already knew that, but it specifically calls out for you to try dipping these Hot and Crispy fries in the new Orange Dreamsicle Frosty, which it launched in March.

The Frosty, which temporarily replaced the vanilla flavor, comes with “sweet orange notes combined with the classic smooth vanilla Frosty for a dreamy orange cream experience,” Wendy’s said in a press release last month.
