‘It’s always so beautiful’ – Sarah Jessica Parker reveals she’s a fan of RTÉ’s Lyric FM

The American actress shared a screenshot of her listening to Lyric Through the Night on Lyric FM.

The Sex and The City star captioned the post: “Cute. I’m trying to remember. Because it is always so beautiful. X, SJ.”

She also used the hashtag RTÉRadio.

The actress visits Ireland regularly and takes regular trips every summer with her husband Matthew Broderick and her children.

She has been holidaying in Ireland for the past 30 years and last year she praised the local pubs in her parish of Kilcar, Co Donegal.

Last month she revealed how she uses Kerrygold butter on her potatoes, turning her food into “heaven”.

Talking about her favorite food on the Ruthie’s Table 4 podcast with host Ruth Rogers, a British chef who owns the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant The River Café in Hammersmith, London.

“Yes – pork chops. We use Kerrygold butter. Does anyone know of Kerrygold butter? Sarah asked.

Ruth responded that “indeed we all do.”

Sarah, known for her role as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, then explained her recipe for enjoying the beloved Irish brand.

“So I use Kerrygold butter and a little bit of olive oil so the butter doesn’t burn. There is so much unsalted butter in London that it is difficult to find the salted butter.

“You can taste all the fat, you can smell the fat. Put them in the pan with olive oil and salt and pepper and ah – heavenly.

“We love potatoes and butter,” she added.
