Shepherd presents its annual Maple Syrup Festival from Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28.

Visit Sugar Bush’s juice house and Little Red Schoolhouse, ride a helicopter, listen to pop bands and watch a tractor pull, see a car and truck show and run/walk a 5K or run a 10K.

Visitors can also stroll past the arts and crafts show, play bingo and enjoy pancake dinners.

Admission is free, with a nominal fee for certain activities and attractions.

Little Salt River Park, 515 E. Wright Ave., and Shepherd Community Park, 8719 S. Shepherd Road, will host many of the events, while Wright Avenue is the site for the parade on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
