One man remains in critical condition after a double shooting that led to charges for a Brampton man.

Officers were called to a home on King Street in Brantford after shots rang out Sunday around 8:20 p.m., Brantford police say.

According to police, two men were found in the home with gunshot wounds.

Both victims were rushed to hospital and police say one of the men remains in critical condition.

Police have not released any further details about the suspects, including their identities.

The suspect will appear in court today on bail and is charged with aggravated assault and multiple firearms-related offences.
