Abu Obaida gives the first televised speech since then

Abu Obaida, the military spokesman for Hamas’s military wing, stated in his first television appearance since early March that they will not give up the fundamental rights and demands of their people, namely the withdrawal of the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF). the lifting of the siege on the Gaza Strip and the return of Gaza’s displaced persons to their homes.

Abu Obaida rejected “Israeli” claims about eliminating and dismantling the Palestinian resistance factions in Gaza, labeling this as “falsehood” – adding that the Israeli occupation “remains stuck in the sands of Gaza.”

“In 200 days the enemy has accomplished nothing but massacres, destruction and murder. They will reap only shame and defeat.”

Abu Obaida warned the ‘Israeli’ people that ‘time is short and opportunities are scarce’, with a nod to the families of the ‘Israeli’ prisoners currently held in the Gaza Strip.

Responding to claims by “Israeli” officials that increasing military pressure on Hamas in Gaza will lead to the release of prisoners, Abu Obaida said that the “so-called military pressure will undermine our steadfastness in maintaining our positions and safeguarding will only strengthen people’s rights. our people, and refuse to compromise on them.”

Regarding Iran’s massive air operation against Israel on April 13, Abu Obaida praised the attack and said that the Iranian response with its size and nature has set new precedents and upset “Israel’s” calculations.
