AEP DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND ON ORDINARY SHARES

Columbus, OH, April 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — The Board of Directors of American Electric Power Co. (Nasdaq: AEP) today has a regular quarterly cash dividend of 88 cents a share of the company’s common stock.

The dividend is payable June 10, 2024to registered shareholders from May 10, 2024and is the company’s 456^e consecutive quarterly ordinary cash dividend in shares. AEP has paid a cash dividend on its common stock every quarter since then July 1910.
