Lou (Luitje) Tromp was born on April 4, 1953 in Lethbridge, Alberta. He went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2024.
His parents were Popko and Jantina (Kruize) Tromp. Lou had one sister Tillie (Tony) and one brother Ben (Ella). Lou married his wife Margriet (Elzinga) in 1979. They have 4 beautiful sons (a daughter from a previous marriage, Melody (Karen), daughter-in-law and 6 grandchildren.

Tyler & Makayla
Lou was always described as a kind and gentle man, his wife’s best friend. Lou worked hard as a construction painter all his life. It was important to him to provide for his family. Lou loved animals, especially his dogs. He loves motorcycles and old cars and enjoyed camping in the countryside and cycling. Lou will be missed by many and his memories will remain in our hearts forever.
