County celebrates Earth Day at the County Operations Center – San Diego County News Center

The county celebrated Earth Day this week with an in-person fair at the County Operations Center. Attendees enjoyed learning new ways to help protect and improve the environment and tackle climate change through everyday actions.

Visitors visiting the County Office of Sustainability and Environmental Justice booth had the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt. Participants were given a list of questions and had to walk around to the stands of other departments to find the answers. Upon completion, attendees received an eco-friendly gift.
