Pregnant Jenna Dewan, 43, proudly shows off her baby bump in a fitted maxi dress as she headlines the Baby2Baby Mother’s Day event in LA… amid an ongoing divorce war with ex Channing Tatum

Jenna Dewan showed off her burgeoning baby bump in a stylish ensemble as she led the stars at the Baby2Baby Mother’s Day celebration in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The Step Up actress, 43 – who recently said she is entitled to ex Channing Tatum’s Magic Mike millions – joined other celebrities at the event at The Grove, including Demi Lovato and Jordana Brewster.

Earlier this year in January, the star announced that she is expecting baby number three – and second with fiancé Steve Kazee. She shares son Callum, four, with Kazee and daughter Everly, 10, with Tatum.

The beauty flashed a cheerful smile as she wore a figure-hugging white maxi dress with sheer detailing and a fringed hem at the bottom.

She paired the outfit with a light blue denim jacket and donned a pair of open-toed pumps.

Her dark brown locks were parted in the middle and flowed effortlessly in light curls past her shoulders.

Jenna completed her look for the day by adding a gold chain necklace and a pair of dainty earrings.

The star’s makeup was glamorous and consisted of a coat of mascara on her lashes and a light shadow around her eyes.

A warm blush was applied to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a glossy nude shade was worn on her lips.

Dewan – whose third child is due later in June – posed while holding items at the special bash, and later crossed paths with other celebrities who were also in attendance.

Demi Lovato looked chic in a floral dress that fell past her ankles.

The Cool For The Summer singer also wore a denim jacket that was left open at the front, while she also donned a pair of brown closed-toed pumps.

Her dark hair was parted to the side and fell in light waves past the tops of her shoulders.

To complete her overall ensemble, the former Disney Channel actress added a pair of statement hoop earrings.

A warm blush and contour was added to better accentuate her cheekbones, while a nude matte shade was worn on her lips.

Jordana Brewster showed off her casual spring style in a black long-sleeved shirt and white mini dress.

The Fast & Furious star slipped into a pair of black and white colored shoes that coordinated with the color scheme of her outfit.

She added a pair of dainty earrings and let her dark brown locks flow naturally down her shoulders.

Leslie Mann was also seen at the daytime festivities, looking stylishly casual in white trousers and a black and white striped sweater.

The This Is 40 actress added a black pea coat on top that remained loose and also opted for a pair of black closed-toed heels.

Her locks were parted in the middle and flowed down her shoulders in light waves. The beauty – who is currently married to Judd Apatow – opted not to add any statement jewelry, allowing the outfit to become the center of attention.

Mann put a smile on her face as she handed out a large canvas bag filled with various baby products at the event.

Ali Wong wore an oversized cream-colored shirt and tan pants for the outing.

A cap with a checkered pattern was placed on her head, partially covering her tresses that fell straight down past her shoulders.

The Beef star completed the look with a chunky brown necklace and a pair of fashionable sunglasses.

Wong was seen with other guests during the celebration, handing over a large tote bag to one of the attendees.

Before Jenna’s latest outing, a hearing took place during her ongoing divorce war with ex-husband Channing Tatum over Magic Mike’s financial differences.

The star alleged that Tatum hid details of his earnings from the lucrative Magic Mike film and demanded she take a cut of the earnings as they were still married when the idea for the franchise was developed.

During the hearing, Dewan’s attorney, Samantha Spector, said her client received “some” money, but it is still unknown how much should be split between the exes as she claims Tatum has had complete control over the company’s finances and the trust.

Spector said child support and the division of other property and assets cannot be determined unless the Magic Mike issue is addressed first.

“Magic Mike’s intellectual property and all proceeds from it are the elephant in the room,” Spector told Judge David Wasserman. “We’ve tried to resolve this matter in a meaningful way over the years, but every time we do, we get stuck on that Magic Mike issue.

“We’re dealing with a potential billion dollars in assets.”

Tatum and Dewan did not physically appear in court Friday. Tatum listened to the trial virtually, but remained silent during the hearing. The former Hollywood couple married from July 2009 to November 2019, when the couple was declared legally single.

In court papers obtained by DailyMail.com, Dewan claims that both she and Tatum jointly acquired Magic Mike’s intellectual property since they were still married at the time the film was developed.

Tatum, who was then an emerging leading man, starred in the first Magic Mike film in 2012, directed by Steven Soderbergh. The film was largely based on Tatum’s own experiences as a young stripper while living in Florida.

Tatum and Soderbergh co-financed the modest $7 million project, which became a critical box office hit and grossed approximately $167 million worldwide.

Two other films followed, and a striptease show and tour based on the film also achieved national success.

Channing’s lawyers denied Dewan’s claims that the actor hid the proceeds in an irrevocable trust. They also claimed that the Magic Mike actor “never denied” Dewan’s share of community assets or income.

His attorney, Jacqueline Combs, also said the Magic Mike franchise made most of its money after the couple had already broken up, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.

During the hearing, Combs said Tatum tried several times to resolve the issue with his ex without having to go through a separate process, but instead had to deal with Dewan’s “unnecessarily litigious behavior and delaying tactics.”

“This has been going on for six years and it is very important to get the case to trial,” a frustrated Combs told the judge.

Dewan’s lawyers said they were also prepared to appear in court, but warned the judge that the actress will give birth in mid-June.

The judge said he was “very aware” of her due date and ordered Dewan to be tried before she had the baby.

The judge said both Dewan and Tatum must be deposed by July 26.

The parties will return on May 15 to determine whether the issue of Magic Mike’s intellectual property will require a separate summary trial.

A trial date has been provisionally set for December. Both sides have indicated that they intend to lure the other to the stands.

“This is your last chance,” Judge Wasserman told both sides. ‘This is it.’
