The photo of Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas’ mansion is going viral

In the past, there have been several rumors claiming that Priyanka and Nick were having financial problems, which led to them moving out of their mansion. However, based on widely shared images, the couple’s home now appears prepared for their return.

The Sun published images of their renovated home in Los Angeles. In the photos, the expansive balcony is empty and one side of the house is completely covered in scaffolding. In addition, the roof was removed to treat the mold problem and the house was painted a fresh white color. Nick and Priyanka’s luxurious outdoor pool is empty and has gray tiled floors. But Nick and Priyanka haven’t revealed when they plan to move back into their home.

Why did Priyanka and Nick have to leave their luxurious mansion?

According to Page Six, the couple purchased the luxury property – which features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine room, an indoor basketball court, a bowling alley, a home theater, an entertainment lounge, a spa with steam shower, a full-service gym and billiards room – in September 2019 for $20 million.

According to a copy of a lawsuit filed in May 2023 and obtained exclusively by Page Six, the pool and spa began presenting a series of problems to the then-newlywed couple around April 2020, including “porous waterproofing” that “promoted mold contamination ‘. and related matters”.

This has resulted in significant damages, along with a failed balancing act that requires the purchase and sale to be rescinded,” the lawsuit also states, further noting that Priyanka and Nick are seeking “consequential damages” through their trustee. The exact cost has not yet been determined, but the complaint says the waterproofing issues exceed $1.5 million, and overall damage is estimated at approximately $2.5 million.
