The Jinx Part 2 OTT Release Date Revealed: A second season of The Jinx will soon air on HBO. From Durst’s arrest to his conviction and death, the last seven years of his life will be examined.

As a result of 2015’s smash hit – The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst – the epic documentary series has a long and storied history.

A historical documentary series directed by Jarecki follows Robert Durst as he is charged in connection with the murder of his girlfriend Susan Berman in season one. After a lengthy trial in 2021, Durst was found guilty of Berman’s first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison. Durst died of unknown reasons at the age of 78 in a California hospital.

After eight years of investigation, the filmmakers uncovered previously unknown evidence, interviewed silenced witnesses and listened to Durst’s prison sentences.

The second part of The Jinx premieres on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 10:00 PM ET. From now until May 26, 2024, new episodes will be released every Sunday on HBO. Max. users can also watch it live.

Storyline

With six episodes, The Jinx Part Two delves deeper into Robert Durst’s life behind bars. It features interviews, reenactments and testimonials from those who came forward with information about Durst.

During the second part of the series, we learn about Durst’s last seven years, which began with his arrest and ended with his death. An intriguing twist occurred just hours before the series finale: Durst was arrested for murdering his longtime companion Susan Berman in New Orleans.

It also teases some of the show’s upcoming topics, such as the intriguing possibility of corruption that follows a rich man’s conviction.
