Simon Cowell finally explains why he should wear red-tinted glasses | MorungExpress

Los Angeles, April 21 (IANS): Simon Cowell’s red-tinted glasses have often aroused people’s curiosity.

The 64-year-old music mogul is no stranger to criticism about his choice of clothing. Famous for his jeans and white or black sweaters, he has tested the waters with his image.

He has chosen to make soft suits and interesting choices when it comes to glasses. But it’s not just a fashion choice. He wears red-tinted glasses due to a medical condition, reports ‘Mirror.co.uk’.

Simon has previously spoken about struggling with a health problem that is causing him “laser-like” pain. His red tinted glasses alleviate this discomfort considerably.

According to ‘Mirror.co.uk’, the boss behind ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ has dealt with several health issues over the years, including a cycling accident that required extensive surgery. In addition, he experiences migraines, which are severe headaches often accompanied by sensitivity to light and sound, nausea and a stiff neck. Treatment usually involves medications such as triptans and acetaminophen to relieve symptoms.

Speaking about his condition and his red glasses, Simon said: “The red glasses are because I have light in my eyes all day, and it’s like a laser, and I get migraines, and that’s like a filter. And they really work. ”

When asked if he could start a fashion trend, he joked, “I don’t think anyone has ever copied my fashion.”
