Lena achieved significant success in her native Germany before exploding onto the scene in the United States, capturing a total of three championship titles at the US Dressage Festival of Champions in just three years.

Lena notes: “It is important for us, as athletes, to have our independence and the ability to pursue the best opportunities available. Being represented by IES Group gives us that freedom.”

IES group

IES Group is a US-based sports agency that, among other services, represents international athletes and individuals with exceptional skills seeking P and O visas.

Catherine Toner, founder of the IES Group and an immigration attorney herself with an equestrian background, seeks to demystify the immigration process for international athletes while providing thoughtful advocacy.

Catherine says: “It’s very exciting to represent an athlete of Lena’s caliber. I look forward to building our roster and providing a transparent and supported visa experience for international passengers.”

She further notes, “By removing the burden on employers to petition on behalf of international riders, I am hopeful that IES Group will open the door for U.S. clients to access international talent like Lena.”
