Siya Kolisi doubles her father’s duties during solo parenting week

Springbok captain Siya Kolisi conquered a week-long solo dad mission as his wife Rachel left the family home in Paris for work and a fundraising event in Cape Town.

Siya Kolisi passed the rugby ball last week when he took on a solo parenting mission with the couple’s two young children, Nicholas and Keziah.

Rachel left family matters in Siya’s hands as she traveled from the family’s new home in Paris to Cape Town to work for four full days at the Kolisi Foundation – an organization founded by the couple that aims to support people living in under-resourced communities live in South Africa. Africa.

During her stay in the Mother City, the Springbok First Lady also attended a fundraiser, with Siya’s siblings, Liyema and Liphelo, in tow.

Siya, who currently plays for Racing 92 in France, has put his on-field duties on the back burner as he takes on his solo parenting week in Paris.

In photos posted to the rugby captain’s Instagram, the family enjoyed Adidas shopping, lunch, sporting events and catching up with sporting A-listers – including tennis pro Stefanos Tsitsipas, after securing his Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters. title.

Keeping up with his dad duties, Siya recently posted on Instagram, taking his family for a day of work at the Racing 92 club.

The video started with Kolisi getting the family ready for the day — including expertly creating a ponytail for his daughter, Keziah — before heading to the training room for an intense workout, with the Kolisi gang in tow.

Siya is a family player, often cleaning or cooking meals for the close-knit brood.
