Olivia Rodrigo is rocking a tiny gingham bikini and we are obsessed

Okay, so we can all agree that we’re obsessed with Olivia Rodrigo, right? The singer-songwriter had us in mind with the first album Pickles then quickly put us in our riot grrrl bag of follow up Innards. A staunch supporter of gender equality and reproductive freedom, she even handed out the morning-after pill during a performance.

And let’s not forget herdownright murderer fashion sense. A bit pop punk, a bit ’90s, she rocks everything from plaid miniskirts and sassy slogan tops to luxe Marc Jacobs Kika boots. Some of her biggest style moments include a Carrie Bradshaw-esque leather boob tube, a ’90s supermodel updo, an ethereal white corset dress, and even a seriously iconic Y2k butterfly dress designed by none other than Dua Lipa.

Fresh off crashing the Coachella set of the newly reformed No Doubt (the band that catapulted Gwen Stefani to fame in the 1990s and 2000s, FYI), which saw Olivia provide additional vocals for the deep-cut “Bathwater,” the musician shared a number of IG photos showing her enjoying some rare time off.

And one thing we’re quite obsessed with? Olivia’s choice of swimwear! The 21-year-old proved that the thong bikini is here to stay for another year, wearing a black and white gingham two-piece suit with thong straps, high-leg briefs and rose motif embellishments. She wore red-rimmed sunglasses and a pair of (appropriately grunge) black Converse high-top sneakers.
