MGM surprises connoisseurs again with the temporary collaboration with guest chefs. Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer, founder of Hong Kong’s esteemed French restaurant Clarence, will bring a three-day exclusive gastronomic experience to the elegant French establishment Aux Beaux Arts at MGM MACAU from May 10 to 12, all in an elegant ambiance reminiscent of a French brasserie from the thirties.

Chef Olivier Elzer has been recognized over the years with a total of 28 MICHELIN stars. With a deep understanding of French cuisine and a flair for East Asian culinary arts, Chef Elzer will present special tasting menus created exclusively for MGM with his amazing team including Chef Simon So, Chef Pâtissier Steven Jin , head sommelier Tristan Pommier and head of Mixology Maxence Traverse. Each creation showcases the best of modern French delicacies with a tempting and innovative Asian twist.
