Skye Wheatley has addressed claims that she made a secret deal that ensured her victory I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here! Australia 2024.

ICYMI: the influencer and former Big Brother star was crowned Queen of the Jungle in the April 21 finale, taking home a whopping $100,000 for her chosen charity, Bully Zero.

However, ahead of the series finale, a production insider claimed that Skye’s appearance on the show was carefully planned to secure a spot in the finale.

“Skye was initially hesitant to sign up for the grueling challenge,” the source said Daily Mail Australia.

“However, she was promised a good chance to win and reach the final. This opportunity was too golden to pass up.”

Chat with Yahoo! Lifestyle following her win, Skye denied making a deal, calling the rumors “laughable”.

“That, to me, is mind-bending,” Skye told the outlet.

“I don’t know where it (the rumors) start, I would like to be there, like you just made this up out of thin air? I would like to be a fly on the wall.”

She also revealed that she offered to do the show for free when she was asked to go into the jungle.

“That’s actually crazy, because when they called me and said, ‘Do you want to do the show?’ I said, ‘Honey, I’d do it for free!’. Which I think is crazy now.

“So I thought, what are these people talking about, because I said I would do it for nothing!”

Other I’m a celebrity 2024 stars had alleged deals

The production insider also claimed that Daily email That Malcolm in the middle star Frankie Muniz also made a deal that required him to stay in the jungle for three weeks.

“Frankie was eager to leave as soon as the agreed upon time was up, eager to trade the rigors of the jungle for solace,” the source claimed.

Meanwhile, another Channel Ten insider previously shared So dramatic! That Denise Drysdale also registered I’m a celebrity with a personal deal.

“She would be the first to leave, which means she would only be in the jungle for 2.5 weeks. But she said no.”

So producers came back to the TV presenter with “better conditions”.

“(They) said, ‘Suppose you leave first And you’re going to be late’. That means she would only be in the jungle for 11 days,” the insider revealed.

“Denise thought about it for a few days and finally agreed.”

Yep, that’s ‘reality’ TV for you…
