The nature of work in the Indian entertainment industry is such that no matter what, people have an extremely tough and busy schedule. To add to that, when you are a huge global sensation popular all over the world, it is even more hectic for such individuals. When work becomes the priority for such superstars, they sometimes find it difficult to make time for their families as well. Phase 1 of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections has already begun and this is the perfect time to celebrate the essence of democracy by casting your vote. Once again this year, some of our biggest celebrities were spotted casting their votes during the first phase of the elections. Let’s take a look at the big names that matter:

Rajinikanth: The ‘OG’ Thalaiva as he is fondly called, Rajinikanth is known for his humble nature and patriotism towards his country. The actor was spotted in Chennai casting his vote and it definitely inspired everyone in the right way.

Urvashi Rautela: Considering that she has multiple projects coming out in India and on the global stage, the actress has had a very tough and hectic schedule. But as always, Urvashi has put the interest of her country above everything else and that is why she traveled all the way to her hometown in Uttarakhand to cast her vote and exercise her rights. What’s even more amazing? The actress cast her vote at 6:45 am in the morning like a commoner without showing any kind of ‘celebrity tantrum’ and is the only actress in today’s era to do such a thing gracefully. She even took to social media to talk about the importance of voting and exercising your rights. The mere fact that Urvashi Rautela has done such a thing for the country and even waited in line to cast her vote is something that is truly melting the internet and no wonder everyone is praising her simplicity and humble personality. Well done Urvashi.

Kamal Hassan: The man who needs no introduction, the legendary Kamal Hassan who is also the MNM President was also seen casting his vote in Chennal as a responsible citizen and it certainly inspired people in the right way. Elections to all 39 Lok Sabha seats in Tamil Nadu began on April 19, in the first phase of the 2024 general elections.

Vijay Sethupathi: Last but certainly not the least, we also had the incredible and exceptionally talented Vijay Sethupathi lending his voice. The actor was spotted with his fingers marked with the indelible ink after casting his vote at a polling station in Chennai.
