Women’s wellness event in Oil City on May 11

OIL CITY, Pa. — Join us for an enlightening Women’s Wellness event held on Saturday, May 11 at St. Elizabeth’s Center in Oil City!

This celebration of femininity, wellness and empowerment promises a morning of informative classes, resources, giveaways and snacks brought to you by CORE Goods.

Women’s Wellness Event:

Schedule of events:

• Yoga for the young at heart (9:00-9:20): Start your day with an invigorating yoga session. Find peace and strength as you connect mind, body and soul.
• Westover Protection Self-defense (10:30 AM – 12:00 PM): Empower yourself with practical self-defense skills. Learn techniques to increase personal safety and self-confidence.

The event and activities are brought to you by AmeriHealth Caritas, Autism Stands, St. Elizabeth Center, Safe Harbor Behavioral Health and UPMC Magee Pregnancy & Women’s Recovery Center.
